PakMax Sugarcane Sushi Tray 216 x 136 mm ST-15 Carton of 500

The PakMax ST-15 is a sugarcane bagasse sushi tray measuring 216 x 136 mm with a 20 mm depth, supplied in a carton of 500. It is commercially compostable, rigid, moisture resistant, and takes the ST-15-LID clear PET lid, which is sold separately.

Supplied as a carton of 500. The carton measures 550 x 290 x 225 mm with a gross weight of 9.0 kg. Freight on a light, bulky carton like this is calculated on its cubic volume rather than its gross weight, so the shipping weight shown at checkout is the higher of the two. Store flat and dry.

Q: Which lid fits the ST-15?

The ST-15-LID, sold separately and listed in our PakMax range. The ST-15 tray top is recorded at 216 x 136 mm and the ST-15-LID at 220 x 138 mm. Both are supplied 500 to a carton, so one carton of each pairs up exactly.

Q: Is it compostable or recyclable?

Commercially compostable. Bagasse breaks down in an industrial composting facility, and it resists grease naturally rather than through a plastic lining, which is what keeps it compostable. Home composting is a different standard and is not claimed. Note the ST-15-LID is PET plastic and goes to a different waste stream, so a lidded tray is not compostable as a unit.

Q: Can it hold warm food?
