Gross is the cabinet's total internal volume (500 L); net is what you can actually fill once shelving, airflow clearances and the evaporator are accounted for (420 L). Plan your stock holding against the net figure - the gross number is a cabinet measurement, not usable space.

Q: What is R290 and does it affect me?

R290 is propane used as a refrigerant. It has a very low global warming potential, which is why it is replacing older gases in commercial display refrigeration. Q: Why double glazing rather than triple?
