The SimcoHood SHA1600 is the Asian-restaurant series canopy at 1600 x 1150 mm — noticeably deeper than the standard SH series, which is what a wok range needs, because a wok throws heat and fume forward rather than straight up. Stainless steel with fully welded corners, a tapered plenum higher at the front, a removable grease drain tray and honeycomb filters included. Fans and ducting are not included — those come from whoever fabricates and installs your system.
