The SimcoHood SH3600 is a 3600 x 1000 mm stainless steel exhaust canopy supplied as a finished, in-stock unit. Fully welded corners, a tapered plenum sitting higher at the front to keep grease off the leading edge, a removable grease drain tray and honeycomb filters included at the standard 381 x 457 x 50 mm size. It complies with Australian Standard 1668.
