The SimcoHood SH4000 is a 4000 x 1000 mm stainless steel exhaust canopy built as a finished, in-stock unit rather than a fabricate-to-order job. It has fully welded corners, a tapered plenum that sits higher at the front to keep grease off the leading edge, a removable grease drain tray, and honeycomb filters included at the standard 381 x 457 x 50 mm size.
