The Tecnodom TDE-3BG is a benchtop convection oven with grill from the Nerone EKO range that fan-bakes, browns and finishes across three 600 x 400 mm bakery trays, built for bakeries, cafes, patisseries and catering kitchens that bake on full-size bakery trays and want grill colour without a combi oven. A 3.15 kW main element plus 1.7 kW grill run on a 240V 15A single-phase supply, with a 105 mm tray pitch and Overture folding door (775 x 720 x 560 mm, 40 kg net).
