The Tecnodom TDE-4CGND is a digital benchtop convection oven from the Nerone EKO range that bakes, roasts and reheats across 4 x GN 1/1 trays, built for cafes, bakeries, delis and commercial kitchens that need repeatable batch cooking without a floor-standing footprint. Double-fan convection, a 9-recipe digital memory and a 50 to 280°C range all run from a standard 240V 15A single-phase supply (686 x 663 x 580 mm, 37 kg net).

Installation & delivery

The TDE-4CGND runs on a standard 240V single-phase supply, drawing 3.15 kW through a 15A socket — if your kitchen does not have a dedicated 15A outlet, have a licensed electrician install one before delivery. Packed at 720 x 725 x 750 mm (37 kg net), it fits through standard doorways; allow two people to lift it onto the bench.
