Two lockable hoppers and two independent grinders let you keep two beans loaded at once - typically house and decaf. On a single-grinder machine the only way to serve a second bean is to empty and refill the hopper, purge the old grounds and re-dial, which is not practical mid-service.

Q: Can a barista still steam milk manually?
