Installation & delivery

Runs from a standard 240 V 10 A outlet at 480 W - no dedicated circuit required. It is rated to a 40 degrees C ambient at 40% RH, so it will hold temperature in a hot kitchen, but leave clearance for airflow. Check the 1360 mm width and 700 mm depth against your bench run before ordering.
