The Thermaster SSS4 Sushi Showcase is a curved-glass countertop display built to present pre-chilled sushi, sashimi and cold prepared foods at safe serving temperatures. Its 1199mm-wide cabinet suits sushi bars, delis, cafes and grab-and-go counters where product visibility drives sales.
Cooling is delivered from a top-mounted evaporator combined with a chilled base, and a cross-fin coil promotes fast, even temperature recovery. Four 1/3 GN pans are included, and a digital controller with readout lets staff set and monitor the holding temperature at a glance.
Note: this is a holding unit — product must be pre-chilled to below 5°C before loading.
