A refrigerated top well holds 6 × 1/3-size GN pans (pans not included) over two solid stainless-steel doors of cold storage below, keeping ingredients food-safe and within easy reach throughout a busy service.

Cross-flow pan cooling and a “blown well” design hold the top rail at a steady +2 to +5°C, while a fan-forced evaporator cools the cabinet below. A Secop compressor and German EBM-Pabst fans drive reliable, energy-efficient refrigeration, and digital temperature control with a clear read-out keeps the unit precise all day.
