The Yasaki B40KG is a 40 litre belt-driven planetary mixer with three speeds at 80, 160 and 310 rpm and a maximum flour load of 4.5 kg. Stainless steel bowl and all three attachments — dough hook, beater and whisk — are standard, behind an interlocked safety guard. Despite the 40 litre bowl it draws only 2 kW and runs from a 10 A outlet.

Installation & delivery
