The Yasaki ZJ-VM300B1 is a benchtop chamber vacuum packing machine with a 260 x 330 x 50 mm stainless chamber, a 260 mm seal bar and a 10 m3/h pump giving a 10 to 30 second cycle. Because it is a chamber machine rather than an external suction sealer it handles liquids and marinades, which is what extends usable shelf life three to five times rather than just keeping air off dry product. Vacuum bags are not included.
