The ACAION BE121 is a single-flavour countertop soft serve and acai freezer with digital microprocessor control, drawing 1,900 W from a standard 10 A outlet. Why overnight standby matters

Without a standby mode, a soft serve machine has to be emptied every night, its mix stored in a fridge and the machine cleaned and refilled the next morning. Holding the mix safely in the machine at around 4°C overnight saves that labour on the days it is not due for a full clean, and gets the machine ready faster at opening.
