Fit comes first

A disc only works in the machine it was made for, and the wrong disc can damage the machine. Some VC discs record the machine they suit; many do not record a compatible machine at all, either from us or from the supplier. Confirm your machine model before ordering, and contact us if the listing does not name it. We will not guess fitment.

Dicing sets for the Yasaki VC65MS

Dicing is a two-stage cut: a slicing disc cuts a slab, then a dicing grid cuts it into cubes. The VC DR888 is an 8 x 8 x 8 mm dicing disc made for the Yasaki VC65MS and pairs with the SA008 8 mm slicer, and the DR1000 10 mm dicing disc pairs with the SA010 10 mm slicer. The Yasaki VC65MS itself is a multi-purpose vegetable prep machine with a full-moon continuous-feed head, supplied with five 205 mm discs, running at 750 W from a 10 A outlet.

Slicing discs

VC slicers cut even slices to a set thickness. The metal range runs from the SA001 1 mm three-blade slicer through the SA006 6 mm two-blade slicer to the SA008 and SA010 at 8 and 10 mm, and the SP004 is a 4 mm two-blade poly disc. More blades on a disc means more slices per turn, which speeds up high-volume work.

Julienne, chip and grating discs

The J404 cuts a 4 x 4 mm julienne for salads and garnishes, and the FS808 cuts 8 x 8 mm French fries. Shredding graters come in 2 mm (G002), 7 mm (G007) and 10 mm (G010), from fine cheese and carrot to coarse coleslaw. Check fitment on each before ordering, as these discs do not record a compatible machine.

Parmesan grater

The V001 is a manual handheld parmesan grater in food-grade stainless steel, compact and dishwasher-safe, for grating at the pass or the table.
