The Hamilton Beach HBJ0932 is a manual citrus juicer that extracts with a long-handled lever press rather than a motor. It takes lemons, limes, oranges and grapefruit, needs no power, and is built on a heavy cast base so it stays where it is put.
Why operators choose the HBJ0932
- Lever press, not a reamer — the lever multiplies hand force into the fruit, which is what gets the yield up. It also gives the operator control over pressure - press harder and you get more juice, press too hard and you get pith.
- No power required — nothing to plug in, nothing to fail electrically and nothing to PAT test. For a front-of-house counter that is a genuine advantage over a motorised juicer.
