Hamilton Beach

Hamilton Beach Commercial makes bar blenders, culinary blenders, immersion blenders, milkshake mixers, a planetary mixer and a can opener for cafes, bars, juice bars and quick service kitchens. Commercial Kitchen Appliances carries the Hamilton Beach commercial range, along with replacement jugs and accessories.

Bar blenders

The Fury BBD0550 and Eclipse BBE0755 pair a 3 HP (2.2 kW) motor with a 2 litre wave-action jug, which pulls ingredients down into the blades for a smooth blend. The Eclipse adds a QuietBlend shield for front-of-house use, where blender noise reaches customers. The Rio BBN2255 is a lighter-duty bar blender at 1.2 kW with a 1.4 litre polycarbonate jug, and the BBN2255S is the same blender with a stainless steel jug.

Culinary blenders

For kitchen prep, the Tempest BBF0600 is a 3 HP food blender and the Expeditor HBF1100 is a 4 litre culinary blender at 3.5 HP (2.61 kW). Both have a metal drive coupling, the part that decides how long a blender survives heavy daily use.

Immersion blenders

The BigRig immersion blenders blend soups, sauces and purees directly in the pot, with variable blade speed and a sealed, removable stainless shaft: 355 mm on the IMH0355, 406 mm on the IMH0406, 457 mm on the IMH0457 and 533 mm on the IMH0533, each with a 1 kW motor. Choose the shaft length by the depth of your deepest pot.

Milkshakes, mixing and cans

The HMD0200 is a single-spindle milkshake mixer and the HMD0400 a three-spindle model for busier counters, for milkshakes, malts and frappes. The CPM0800 is an 8 litre tilt-head planetary mixer rated at 2 kg of flour per batch, at 1.5 kW. The COH0500 is a heavy-duty side-cut can opener that opens cans up to #10 size and leaves no sharp edge on the can or the lid.

Replacement parts

The XBBE1002 is a genuine 2 litre replacement jug for the Eclipse, and the XBBN0651 quiet shield fits both the Tempest and the Fury, old and new models.
