The Prisma Food TP-2-1-SD is a single deck electric pizza deck oven cooking 6 pizzas at 35 cm, on a refractory stone sole reaching 450 °C. It allows two operating temperatures to be calibrated separately, uses German EGO controls and rock wool insulation, and is a 400 V three-phase machine at 10.2 kW.

Why operators choose the TP-2-1-SD

  • 6 pizzas at 35 cm, or three 40 x 60 cm trays — the two ways to load it. The tray figure matters if you bake as well as making pizza - this is a bakery oven as much as a pizza oven
  • Steam generator available on request — an option to specify at order time rather than a fitted feature. Ask us before ordering if you want it
  • Matching stand TP-2-1-SD-S available — the oven is a benchtop unit; the matching stand is a separate optional purchase and is worth pricing at the same time
  • Refractory stone cooking surface — stone absorbs heat and returns it to the base of the dough on contact. That is what crisps a pizza base, and it is the reason a deck oven exists rather than a convection oven with a tray
  • 45 to 450 degrees C working range — 450 degrees C is genuine pizza temperature. The range also goes down to 45, so the same oven proves dough or holds product
  • Two independently calibrated operating temperatures — you set top and base heat separately. That is how you brown a base without burning the topping, and it is the control that separates a real pizza oven from a hot box
  • German EGO controls — a named control component rather than an unspecified one
  • Rock wool insulation — insulation is most of what makes a 450 degree C oven economical to run and safe to stand beside
  • Large glass door with internal lighting — you watch the bake without opening the door and losing the deck temperature
  • Stainless steel and powder-coated steel construction — the construction the manufacturer specifies

Venue suitability

This oven suits pizzerias, cafes, clubs and bakeries wanting a genuine stone-deck bake on a bench rather than a floor-standing oven. It is a 400 V three-phase machine, so settle the electrical supply first — and price the matching TP-2-1-SD-S stand at the same time if you do not already have a base for it.

Installation & delivery

This is a 400 V three-phase machine at 10.2 kW (3~N). Our data records no amperage, so your electrician should size the circuit from the rated load. If three phase is not at your premises, price that work before committing. External dimensions are recorded width x depth x height: 1100 x 1320 x 413 mm, weighing 123 kg, packing at 1180 x 1420 x 543 mm. Internally it is 820 x 1080 x 175 mm. A deck oven at 450 °C radiates heat — leave clearance and do not enclose it in joinery. The matching stand TP-2-1-SD-S is optional and sold separately.

Warranty terms are per product — see our warranty information page.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Why a stone sole rather than a metal one?

Heat storage. Refractory stone absorbs heat and gives it straight back to the base of the dough the moment it touches, which is what crisps a pizza base. On a metal shelf the base bakes through but stays pale. It is the single biggest reason to choose a deck oven over a convection oven.

Q: What does 'two operating temperatures calibrated separately' mean?

You control the top heat and the base heat independently. That is what lets you crisp a base without over-colouring the topping, or the reverse. On a pizza oven it is the difference between a machine you can dial in and one you work around.

Q: Can I bake trays in it as well as pizza?

Yes - three 40 x 60 cm trays. The 45 to 450 degrees C range covers proving and gentle baking at the low end as well as pizza at the top, so it is a bakery oven as much as a pizza oven.

Q: What electrical supply does it need?

400 V three phase at 10.2 kW. Our records do not include an amperage figure, so have your electrician size the circuit from the rated load rather than working from this page. Three-phase installation is often the larger part of the total cost if you do not already have it.

Q: Does it come with a stand?

No. It is a benchtop oven and the matching stand, TP-2-1-SD-S, is a separate optional purchase. Worth pricing at the same time - a deck oven at this weight needs a proper base rather than any bench.
