RoboChef Cooking Robot MSS7K

The RoboChef MSS7K is an automated cooking robot that cooks up to 7 kg a batch and around 80 kg an hour, adding its own sauces and seasonings from 11 sauce nozzles and 4 dry-seasoning trays. It runs on a 415 V three-phase, 15 kW supply and needs an electrician to connect.

Venue suitability

The MSS7K is built for operators who cook the same dishes in volume and need them identical: central production kitchens, staff canteens, hospitals and aged care, university and stadium food courts, and multi-site Asian and wok-menu chains. It replaces the most physically demanding station in the kitchen and takes recipe consistency out of individual hands.

Installation & delivery

415 V three-phase, 15 kW — this is not a plug-in appliance. A licensed electrician must provide and connect the three-phase supply, and your switchboard needs the capacity for it; check that before you order. 1000 mm wide, 909 mm deep, 1470 mm high, 210 kg — confirm doorways, lifts and the floor along the delivery route. The packed dimensions on our record do not reconcile with the machine's height, so ask us for the freight size before booking delivery.
