Taurus ROW0001 Rowzer Plus Compact Frozen Food Processor

The Taurus Rowzer Plus (ROW0001) processes frozen product to order: it shaves a deep-frozen block at 2000 rpm at an ideal food temperature of -22°C, so only the portion needed is made and the rest of the beaker goes back to the freezer. It is supplied with six 1 L stainless steel containers with lids.

• Three motors, each with a job — 800 W drives the blades, 250 W raises and lowers the shaft, and a third motor runs a high-pressure air pump at 15 L/min. The air circulation is what builds the texture - it is not simply a blender with a cold bowl.
