Taurus XROW1001 Stainless Beaker 1L 4 Pack with Lids

The Taurus XROW1001 is a four-pack of 1 L stainless steel containers with lids for the Taurus Rowzer Plus (ROW0001) compact frozen food processor. They are the same beakers the machine is supplied with - this is the spare set.

Why operators choose the XROW1001

• The same beaker the machine ships with — the Rowzer Plus comes with six. This pack of four is how a kitchen runs more preparations than the machine arrived able to hold.
• 1 L each, with lids — a litre per container, lidded so preparations can be labelled, stacked and held in the freezer between services without picking up freezer odours.
• Stainless steel — stainless holds temperature through the transfer from freezer to machine and survives being cycled between the two, which moulded containers do not do indefinitely.
• More beakers means less waiting — the limit on a frozen dessert section is usually how many preparations are held at temperature, not machine speed. Additional beakers are the cheapest way to widen it.
