The Hamilton Beach HMD0200 is a single-spindle commercial milkshake mixer for milkshakes, malts and mixed drinks made to order at the counter. It activates two ways - seat the cup, or use the pulse switch - and runs three speeds plus pulse.
Why operators choose the HMD0200
- Two-way activation — seating the cup starts the spindle, or the pulse switch does it by hand. The first keeps both hands free through a rush; the second gives control for a short burst.
- Three speeds plus pulse — speed is what sets aeration. A thick malt and a thin milkshake are not the same job, and pulse is how you fold in a topping without whipping it to foam.
- Sealed, permanently lubricated bearings — nothing to grease and nothing to schedule. On a machine that runs wet all day, sealed bearings are the difference between low maintenance and a service call.
- Stainless cup supplied — the cup comes with the machine rather than as an extra.
- The pair covers two volumes — the HMD0400 is the other build - three spindles, each on its own motor, for a counter that makes them constantly.
